Sandra Ryman, (Licensee and Principal), and Brett Ryman, (Property Manager), being a wife and husband team, own and self operate Coomera Property Management.

Coomera Property Management initially opened its doors and began operations in 2000.

The business focus of Coomera Property Management is to assist our
Landlords and Tenants with a comprehensive management in Investment Property and Tenancy Agreements including Best Practice, Compliance and Risk Management in all areas of Residential Property Management in Real Estate to the Very Best of our Ability.

Here at Coomera Property Management we are a Fully Licensed Real Estate Agency who choose to concentrate our time and efforts in specialising in Property Management.

We are a friendly, professional and highly ethical office that is based on the Northern end of the beautiful Gold Coast area of Southern East Queensland, in Upper Coomera, situated between MovieWorld and DreamWorld in what is generally referred to as the Gold Coast Corridor.

Our dedicated property management owner-operated team, services all areas & outer surrounding areas on the Gold Coast including the Hinterlands and Logan/Beenleigh regions and includes the management of residential, rural and commercial properties.

Prior to the launch of their own business Sandy and Brett's working careers include:

Sandy~
A comprehensive career in the finance sector and customer service industry. With a corporate history working in varying and extensive roles for Westpac Banking Corporation in the prestigious area of Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Sandy was awarded the esteem ranking of being one of the 'Top Ten Female Performers' for the state of New South Wales for her commitment in Customer Service, Best Practice and Compliance.

Sandy also earnt the prestigious honor of being promoted to the position of being the 1st female branch lending manager for the Sydney Northern Beaches Region.
Sandy’s extensive roles included but not limited to administering the branch Ledger Accounts, managing anywhere up to 20 staff, as well as obtaining and managing new business and processing finance and mortgage applications. Her various roles also included being responsible for Best Practice, Audit Requirements and Compliance, Risk Management and Training of staff in Current Procedural Operations.

Brett~
A thorough, and comprehensive, customer service industry career working in various ares that include having also worked in the finance sector as well as owning and operating two succesful Hotel/Pubs plus two shop front retail business's.

Also having worked for a number of years within the building industry in various roles in this field, Brett also has a good working knowledge and understanding of both house construction and maintenance.

Brett's various roles as a business proprietor also included being responsible for Best Practice, Compliance, Risk Management and Staff Training in current procedural operations.
